What members are entitled to

Each member has one vote. At the general assembly, in the organisation of the life of the association and in the design of the house.

Each member can bring his own idea, imagination or fantasy in the BDSM context into the form of an event, plan this event and carry it out for all interested members.

Each member can be given the whole house for a long weekend or a whole week. It does not matter if a group of members is brought along or if it is just a holiday. Only commercial events on own account are unwelcome.

Each member is free to decide whether or not he or she would like to earn bonus points and support the association by doing work for the association during the construction and gardening weeks. If a member has a design idea, he/she can take over the leadership of a construction or garden week.

Each member is free to decide when membership ends. Membership is not automatically renewed, no notice of termination is required. Only when, after a friendly reminder, the membership fee of € 100.00 is paid for the next 12 months, the membership is prolonged for another year.

Each member is free to decide whether to remain anonymous or not. Of course, the organs of the association must know who is a member. But only two of the elected board members can link a possibly chosen alias and the real name in order to handle the administrative procedures. In general, we handle the personal data of each member very carefully and discreetly.

Every member who participates in an event is entitled not only to participate, but also to appropriate accommodation and food. The appropriate food and accommodation of a prisoner participant in Prison Week is certainly different from that of a participant in Bondage Week.

With so many rights, it can happen that everyone is right but no one gets it right.

The more we become, the greater this risk becomes. We are aware of this.

In order to keep this risk within limits, we first and foremost try to balance the different interests and plan for the long term.

In our case, long-term planning means:

We draw up the calendar for the use/lease/maintenance of the house from October for the following year. In the event of scheduling conflicts, we ask the members concerned to come to an agreement.

If no agreement can be reached, the board decides while safeguarding the interests of the association. The free times in the calendar can of course be used spontaneously.
