1 What to expect
Our KuK Rope Bondage Camp aims at improving rope interaction between
rigger and bottom. We offer a two part workshop with an experienced rigger
and Shiatsu practitioner. The workshop is given by Ren´e (dominant rigger
who practices Shiatsu and Cranio) and Mari (rope bottom and submissive).

Ren´e and Mari will teach beginner level floorwork. The focus is on
learning basic skills of shibari in order to create first figures with really good
tension. There will also be a focus on rigger/bottom interaction for advanced
practicioners. This workshop will be suitable for all levels of experience, so
don’t hesitate to register even if you just found interest in rope bondage.
Although rope can be applied fast and create an urgent sense of vulnerability
in the mind of a bottom it can be as much as a tool of communication
between rigger and bottom. Having a strong bond mentally aids further
play and deepens the connection. That is what we seek to explore within
the workshop.
Inbetween, there’ll be room to tie inside and in the garden. Bring ropes,
bring whips, bring whatever you fancy. This year there’ll also be a bondage
frame in the garden available.

2 Who is invited to participate
EVERYONE! As long as you come in pairs.
We appreciate every participant regardless of age, gender, experience,
or physical mobility. However, you need to team-up with one other human
being as the main workshop is focussed on interaction in rope. Choose a
person you are comfortable with touching you (non-intimate parts) and enter
your personal space for prolonged time while being tied yourself. You’ll
be able to switch if you wish to do so.
You don’t need to have any experience in tying with rope to join the
main workshop. There’ll be plenty of time and space to improve your skill
level inbetween.

3 What to bring
Ideally, you bring:
Ropes Hemp or jute rope if you own some. Use the rope you feel comfortable
with. The workshop won’t include suspensions — sufficient
breaking strenght is therefore not crucial. If you don’t own rope let
us know. We’ll probably be able to provide you with some to practice
and participate.
Clothes Comfortable clothes, this cannot be emphasized enough! Be
aware that light colours might get stained outside on the grass. Pants
and shorts should allow some stretch.
Necessities Sunscreen and sun protection for your head. If you have
allergies, you might want to bring Cetirizin or other anti-histamin
drugs.

4 Schedule
This is a four day event. If you cannot arrive on Thursday, please make sure
you’ll arrive Friday noon at the latest.
Thursday Arrive noon at the earliest. Shared dinner at 8 p.m.

Saturday Workshop Part II
Sunday Shared breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Afterwards clean-up. Departure
around noon.
There’ll be yoga / stretching exercises offered in the morning, join us if you
like to. We ask everyone to participate in the workshop (approx. 3 hours
each) and share dinner with everyone else. Expect some spontaneous workshops
to evolve.
Apart from that, do as you please. Sleep in the cells, get locked in the
pit, enjoy a mud bath, you’ll get the idea . . .

5 House Rules
Be considerate. Don’t belittle other participants. Don’t highjack every
conversation. Consent before engaging! KuK is famous for being a safe
and inclusive space — don’t become the exception.

6 Food and accomodation
We’ll offer vegetarian food only. Surely, you are free to bring meat. Please
let us know upfront whether you are vegan or have other dietary needs.

7 Registering and Fees
We are very much looking forward to your registration. Please write a mail to
KuK-RopeBondageCamp@posteo.de with your names, rope bondage
experience level and date of arrival.
The participation fee amounts to 200 EUR / person. That includes full
board and rent from Thursday through Sunday and participation in the
